Made of durable ABS plastic, the pea-less and powerful UST JetScream Floating Whistle is an ideal wilderness signaling device with an ear-piercing shriek — making it one of the loudest of its kind. It can easily be heard over most natural and man-made noises. It’s available in 122 dB (decibel) and 112 dB versions. Compact, flat, and buoyant, the JetScream’s pea-less construction won’t freeze, clog or rust and is just as effective wet. Weighing just 0.4 ounces (10 grams), the 122 dB JetScream measures 2.25 x 1.3 inches (LxW). The 112 dB Micro JetScream measures 1.5 x 1 x 0.25 inches and weighs 0.1 ounce (3 grams). They’re all backed by a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.
