Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, and annato (vegetable color).
Allergens: Contains milk product. Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut and tree nut products.
Directions:Mix 1 Tablespoon of Freeze-Dried Cheddar Cheese Shredded to 2 Tablespoons of warm water. Let sit 5 minutes and drain excess liquid. Yields apx. 1 Tablespoon of cheddar cheese for your favorite recipes, casseroles, mexican dishes, soups, chili, potatoes, salads, and so much more. Tastes great right out of the can.
